摘　　要：2022年3月,国务院正式批复同意建设赣州革命老区高质量发展示范区。赣南革命老区成为老区中的“特区”。数字经济作为继农业经济、工业经济之后的新经济形态,已经成为推进经济高质量发展的重要引擎。加强顶层设计是革命老区数智化与经济转型升级的制度保障;政府推动是革命老区数智化与经济转型升级的关键因素;企业主体以及市场运作是革命老区数智化与经济转型升级的核心力量;以“人民为中心”是革命老区数智化与经济转型升级的价值取向。In March 2022,the State Council officially approved the construction of a high-quality development demonstration zone in the Ganzhou old revolutionary area.The Gannan old revolutionary area has become a"special zone"among the old areas.As a new economic form following the agricultural and industrial economies,the digital economy has become an important engine for promoting high-quality economic development.Strengthening top-level design is the institutional guarantee for the digital intelligence and economic transformation and upgrading of old revolutionary areas,government promotion is the key factor for the digital intelligence and economic transformation and upgrading of old revolutionary areas,enterprise entities and market operations are the core forces for the digital intelligence and economic transformation and upgrading of old revolutionary areas,and"people-centered"is the value orientation for the digital intelligence and economic transformation and upgrading of old revolutionary areas.
