摘  要:福建省三明市一水泥企业为了减少化石能源消耗及降低碳排放,利用一般固体废物燃烧热替代部分燃料煤。通过对企业熟料产能、物料消耗、能源消耗以及燃料替代种类、规模等进行详细调查,结合水泥行业碳排放计算公式,确定了燃料替代前后CO_(2)排放量,分析了燃料替代对于该企业节能降碳的实际成效,为水泥行业的节能降碳提供一定的理论参考。In order to reduce fossil energy consumption and carbon emissions,a certain cement enterprise in Sanming City,Fujian Province used general solid waste combustion heat to replace some fuel coal.A detailed investigation of the enterprise's clinker production capacity,material consumption,energy consumption,as well as the types and scale of fuel substitution were conducted.Combined with the carbon emission calculation formula of the cement industry,the CO_(2) emissions before and after fuel substitution were determined,and the actual effect of fuel substitution on energy conservation and reduction of the enterprise was analyzed,providing a theoretical reference for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the cement industry.
