摘 要:煤矿井下采煤机自动化技术的研究旨在提高煤矿生产效率和保障工人安全。综合分析了该技术的发展现状和关键问题,总结了现有研究的不足和未来的研究方向,并阐述了采煤机自动化的基本原理和发展趋势,介绍了自动化控制系统的设计原理和常用传感器类型,以及对智能化决策在提高采煤机自动化水平中的应用和挑战进行了探讨,以期为进一步推动煤矿井下采煤机自动化技术的发展提供参考。The research on the automation technology of underground shearers in coal mines aims to improve the production efficiency of coal mine and ensure the safety of workers.The development status and key problems of the technology were comprehensively analyzed,the shortcomings of the existing research and the future research direction were summarized,the basic principle and development trend of shearer automation were expounded,the design principle of automatic control system and the types of commonly used sensors were introduced,and the application and challenges of intelligent decision-making in improving the level of shearer automation were discussed,in order to provide a reference for further promoting the development of underground shearer automation technology.
