摘  要:为实现地面主通风机的远程监控功能,在分析主要通风机结构及监控需求的基础上,构建了基于ZigBee无线通信的主通风机远程监控系统,并对系统结构、硬件及软件进行了设计。通过在主通风机及主回风巷内布置终端节点以实现风机电流、电压、风流、风压等参数的监测,并将监测结果使用ZigBee无线网络传输至协调器节点进行汇总,随后从RS-232串口通信传输至PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器),最后将结果传输给上位机。构建的远程监控系统可以实时监测主通风机的运行情况,且监测结果传输效率高、可靠性强,可满足主要通风机远程监控需求。To achieve the remote monitoring function of the ground main ventilation fan,based on the analysis of the structure and monitoring requirements of the main ventilation fan,a ZigBee wireless communication based remote monitoring system for the main ventilation fan was constructed,and the system structure,hardware,and software were designed.By arranging terminal nodes in the main ventilation fan and main return air duct to monitor parameters such as fan current,voltage,airflow,and wind pressure,and transmitting the monitoring results to the coordinator node using ZigBee wireless network for summary,then transmitting them to the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)through RS-232 serial communication,and finally transmitting the results to the upper computer.The constructed remote monitoring system can monitor the operation of the main ventilation fan in real time,and the transmission efficiency and reliability of the monitoring results are high,which can meet the remote monitoring needs of the main ventilation fan.
