摘 要:煤矿火灾是矿井的主要灾害之一,其不仅容易造成煤炭资源浪费,还会释放出大量的有害气体,从而造成人员伤亡。根据山西省能源局综合测试中心2019年8月25日出具的鉴定报告,李家窑煤业22#煤层吸氧量为0.66 cm^(3)/g,自燃倾向性等级为Ⅱ级,属于自燃煤层,主要使用注氮作为日常防灭火措施。目前李家窑煤矿采用开放式注氮,注氮方法采用间断性注氮,使用DTJ-600型矿用移动式碳分子筛制氮装置,其额定产氮量为600 m^(3)/h,经计算矿井回采工作面注氮量为825 m^(3)/h,可满足需求。根据《山西省煤矿“一通三防”管理规定》(晋煤安发[2008]322号),分析了注氮设备能力,制氮机总装机量最少为所有工作面注氮量的2倍,制氮机输出N_(2)体积分数不得小于97%,因此,注氮设备能力应设置为1650 m^(3)/h,而矿井现有的DTJ-600型井下移动式防灭火系统制氮量不能满足矿井防灭火要求,需要对矿井现有注氮系统进行改造。Coal mine fire is the main disaster in coal mines,it not only wastes coal resources,but also releases a lot of harmful gases and causes casualties.According to the appraisal report issued by the Comprehensive Test Center of Shanxi Provincial Energy Administration on August 25th,2019,the oxygen absorption capacity of 22#coal seam of Lijiayao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was 0.66 cm^(2)/g,and the spontaneous combustion tendency grade was Grade域,the coal seam was spontaneous combustion coal seam,and nitrogen injection is used as routine fire prevention and extinguishing technology.At present,open nitrogen injection and intermittent nitrogen injection are adopted in Lijiayao Coal Mine,and a DTJ-600 mobile carbon molecular sieve nitrogen-making device for mine was used,the rated nitrogen output of which is 600 m^(3)/h.It was calculated that the amount of nitrogen injection was 825 m^(3)/h,which can meet the demand.Capacity of nitrogen injection equipment according to Shanxi Regulation of"One Ventilation and Three Prevention"Management of Coal Mines([2008]No.322 Released by Shanxi Coal Industry Bureau).The total installed capacity of nitrogen-making machines shall be at least twice the amount of nitrogen injected into all working faces,and the output nitrogen concentration of nitrogen-making machines shall not be less than 97%.Therefore,The capacity of nitrogen injection equipment should be set to 1650 m^(3)/h.However,the amount of nitrogen produced by DTJ-600 mobile fire-fighting system can not meet the requirement of mine fire-fighting,so it is necessary to reform the existing nitrogen injection system to meet the requirements of mine safety production.
