摘 要:在现代煤炭开采中,综合机械化采煤技术因其高效、安全的特点,已成为煤炭生产的主流方式。综采放顶煤工艺是1种先进的采煤技术,然而,如何提高放顶煤工作面的回采率,即从工作面中回收煤炭的比例,一直是煤炭开采技术研究的重点。深入分析了提高回采率的技术措施,包括改进工作面端头支架、优化放煤步距和高度、提升放煤工人的技术素质等。通过实践验证,这些措施能够有效提升回采率,减少煤炭损失,具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。In modern coal mining,fully-mechanized coal mining technology has become the mainstream way of coal production because of its high efficiency and safety characteristics.Fully-mechanized top coal caving technology is an advanced coal mining technology.However,how to improve the recovery rate of top coal caving face,that is,the proportion of coal recovered from the working face,has been the focus of coal mining technology research.The technical measures to improve the recovery rate were deeply analyzed,including improving the end support of the working face,optimizing the pace and height of coal drawing,and improving the technical quality of coal drawing workers.Through practice verification,these measures can effectively improve the recovery rate and reduce coal loss,which has important practical significance and application value.
