摘 要:为解决灰岩巷道施工效率慢、安全隐患多的问题,提出采用综掘机配合炮掘预裂掘进。掘进后使用前探梁完成巷道临时支护,并采用“锚网索+注浆”的方式进行永久支护,通过“十字布点法”监测巷道围岩变形量验证支护效果,支护后巷道最大顶底板、两帮移近量分别为125、142 mm,均在安全范围内。采用超前预裂爆破配合综掘机掘进施工工艺可将效率提升至原来的3倍,节约设备磨损成本1100元/m,有效提高了矿井的施工效率和经济效益。In order to solve the problems of slow construction efficiency and hidden safety problems of limestone roadway,the mine proposed to adopt fully-mechanized excavator with blasting pre-splitting excavation.After tunneling,the temporary support of the roadway was completed by using the front probe beam,and the permanent support was carried out by means of"anchor net cable+grouting".The support effect was verified by monitoring the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock through the"cross distribution method".After the support,the maximum displacement of the roof and floor and the two sides of the roadway were 125 mm and 142 mm respectively,which were both within the safe range.The efficiency can be increased to 3 times,the wear cost of equipment can be saved 1100 yuan/m,and the construction efficiency and economic benefit of the mine can be effectively improved.
