摘 要:为研究大柳塔煤矿52508工作面双回撤通道区间煤柱的合理宽度,基于载荷估算法将煤柱所受载荷分为煤柱宽度部分、回撤辅巷作用部分、主回撤通道作用部分覆岩载荷3个部分,并且采用极限平衡理论定量计算了煤柱可保持稳定的最小宽度为22.37 m,并基于该尺寸通过数值计算方法,定量分析了不同煤柱宽度下区间煤柱所受垂直应力和变形情况。结果表明,当煤柱宽度为26 m时,煤柱峰值应力为6.1 MPa,在形成有效支撑的前提下垂直应力达到最小,煤柱最大垂直变形、最大水平变形量分别为41、25 mm,均处于合理范围内,可有效保证煤柱稳定性。In order to study the reasonable width of the coal pillars in the double retraction channel interval of 52508 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine,the load of a coal pillar was divided into three parts based on the load estimation method:the width of the coal pillar,the auxiliary removing roadway and the main removing gateway,and the minimum width of the coal pillar that can maintain stability was 22.37 m by using the limit equilibrium theory.Based on this dimension,the vertical stress and deformation of the coal pillar in different coal pillar widths were quantitatively analyzed by numerical calculation method.The results showed that when the coal pillar width was 26 m,the peak stress of the coal pillar was 6.1 MPa,the vertical stress reached the minimum under the premise of effective support,and the maximum vertical deformation and maximum horizontal deformation of the coal pillar were 41 mm and 25 mm respectively,which were within a reasonable range,and can effectively ensure the stability of the coal pillar.
