摘 要:为确保近距离煤层群综采工作面瓦斯高效治理,以2303综采工作面为研究对象,结合现场地质条件提出将高位钻孔应用到采空区瓦斯治理中,通过拦截采空区瓦斯涌出确保回风隅角、回风流瓦斯体积分数在安全范围内。结合2303综采工作面现场条件给出高位钻孔布置层位、钻进工艺并分析瓦斯治理效果。现场应用后,2303综采工作面回风隅角、回风流瓦斯体积分数分别为0.2%~0.5%、0.08%~0.30%,表明高位钻孔可有效拦截采空区瓦斯,确保采面安全回采。In order to ensure efficient gas management of fully-mechanized mining face in close coal seam group,2303 fully-mechanized mining face was taken as the research object and combined with the geological conditions of the site,it was proposed to apply the high-level drilling to the gob gas management,and to ensure that the gas volume fraction in the corner of the return air corner and return air flow was within the safe range by intercepting the gas emission in the gob.Combined with the field conditions of 2303 fully-mechanized mining face,the layout of high-level drilling,drilling technology and gas control effect were given.After field application,the gas volume fraction of return air corner and return air flow of 2303 fully-mechanized mining face were 0.2%-0.5%and 0.08%-0.30%respectively,indicating that high-level drilling can effectively intercept the gob gas and ensure the safety of mining face.
