摘 要:近年来,井下开采环境愈发复杂,应结合实际工况做好通风系统的优化设计。为此,参考一煤矿综采成套装备整体搬运的作业内容,基于巷道断面大、距离长的特点,从通风风压、供风风量等方面开展通风参数的优化,并应用实际数据设计了FBDYN07.5(2×55 kW)局部通风机+大直径柔性风筒的通风方案。从通风变频器、柔性风筒应用和安全性设计等方面开展通风关键技术研究,能进一步完善通风方案。最后,开展实际验证,可满足超长距离单巷掘进巷道的通风需要。In recent years,the underground mining environment has become more and more complex,so the optimal design of ventilation system should be combined with the actual working conditions.Therefore,referring to the overall handling of fully-mechanized mining equipment in a coal mine,based on the characteristics of large section and long distance of the roadway,the ventilation parameters were optimized from the aspects of ventilation pressure and air supply volume,and the ventilation scheme of FBDYN07.5(2伊55 kW)local ventilator+large-diameter flexible duct was designed by applying the actual data.The study of key ventilation technologies from the aspects of ventilation frequency converter,flexible duct application and safety design can further improve the ventilation scheme.Finally,the actual verification was carried out,which can meet the ventilation needs of ultra-long distance single roadway.
