摘 要:随着矿采工作的持续进行,赋存条件良好的煤层数量逐渐降低。在地质复杂工作面中,应做好采煤工艺的优化。参考山西介休义棠城峰煤业下属矿井的大倾角综采面作业,较高的倾角影响综采工艺的落实,需要结合实际,做好工艺参数的改进优化。为此,在简述主采煤层地质特征和100501综采面的巷道布置后,从采煤工艺流程、工艺优化说明、采煤配套工艺、工艺设备选型等方面出发,进行采煤工艺的优化分析。最后,经过方案试验,大倾角综采面的开采效率良好。With the continuous development of mining work,the number of coal seams with good occurrence conditions is gradually decreasing.In the geological complex working face,the coal mining technology should be optimized according to geology.With reference to the operation of Chengfeng Coal Mine in Jiexiu of Shanxi Province,high dip angle affects the implementation of fully-mechanized mining technology,so it is necessary to improve and optimize the process parameters according to the practice.Therefore,after briefly describing the geological characteristics of the main coal seam and the roadway layout of the 100501 fully-mechanized mining face,the optimization analysis of the coal mining process was carried out from the aspects of coal mining process flow,process optimization description,coal mining supporting technology and process equipment selection.Finally,through the scheme test,the mining efficiency of the fully-mechanized face with large dip angle is good.
