摘　　要：项目前期方案阶段的优化对最终的成本控制起到了决定性的作用,在这个阶段结构团队需提前介入配合,提出合理、优化的结构方案。论文针对此阶段的结构配合,提出了前期配合要点清单和异地项目征询清单,可较好地覆盖需关注的各个要点问题,有针对性地进行方案比选,提出合理、优化的意见。并以成都某超高层项目的结构方案比选为例,说明了比选必须结合项目实际情况及建设当地的特殊要求。The optimization of the preliminary scheme stage of the project has played a decisive role in the final cost control,at this stage,the structural team needs to intervene and cooperate in advance to put forward a reasonable and optimized structural scheme.In view of the structural cooperation at this stage,this paper puts forward a list of key points of preliminary cooperation and a list of consultation for projects in different places,which can better cover all key issues that need attention,make targeted comparison and selection of schemes,and put forward reasonable and optimized opinions.Taking the structural scheme comparison of a super-high-rise project in Chengdu as an example,it is explained that the comparison must be combined with the actual situation of the project and the special requirements of the project construction site.
