摘 要:总结了BIM技术的优势及特点,结合具体案例,对BIM技术在医疗基建项目决策、设计、招投标等阶段的具体应用进行介绍,并从时效性、宏观性、可塑性3个方面与传统管理模式进行对比分析,得出结论,BIM技术能节省项目建设的总成本,并大幅度提升建设效率。The advantages and characteristics of BIM technology are summarized,and the specific application of BIM technology in the decision-making,design,bidding stages of medical infrastructure projects is introduced in combination with specific cases,and the traditional management mode is compared and analyzed from three aspects of timeliness,macro and plasticity,and the conclusion is drawn that BIM technology can save the total cost of project construction.And greatly improve the construction efficiency.
