摘　　要：根据曲面GRC幕墙的安装形式进行了总结,分析本材料施工难度和重点,提出一种基于BIM的曲面GRC幕墙挂装装配式的设计-安装方式,进行GRC幕墙龙骨挂接方式的优化,结合GRC饰面高强度、高韧性的特性,采用BIM模块化下单,人工剔凿的匠心工艺、“埋转”一体集中加工和“基面”一体吊装施工,充分考虑主体结构、整体效果、经济成本等,同时保证GRC饰面与背附钢架模块化组装后与主龙骨挂接安装的合理性,更好满足施工技术的操作规范需求。Based on the summary of the installation forms of curved GRC curtain walls,the construction difficulty and key points of this material are analyzed.A BIM based design and installation method for hanging and assembling curved GRC curtain walls is proposed to optimize of the GRC curtain wall keel hanging method.Combining the high strength and toughness characteristics of GRC finishes,BIM modular ordering,manual chiseling craftsmanship,centralized processing of“embedding and turning”,and integrated lifting construction of“base surface”are adopted,Fully consider the main structure,overall effect,economic cost,etc.,while ensuring the rationality of GRC veneer and back attached steel frame modular assembly and installation with the main keel,to better meet the operational requirements of construction technology.
