摘　　要：分享了智慧工地系统在海外项目实施中的实际应用,介绍智慧工地系统的建设目的与思路以及基础设施保障与智慧工地系统平台搭建过程,对项目标前与开工前阶段的实践以及施工阶段的实践进行详细介绍和探讨。通过经验总结,探索国际工程项目管理新模式,意在让数智化赋能项目精细化管理取得成效。This paper shares the practical application of the smart construction site system in overseas projects,introduces the construction purpose and ideas of the smart site system,as well as the process of infrastructure support and the construction of the smart site system platform,and introduces and discusses in detail the practice before the project target and the pre-start stage as well as the practice in the construction stage.Through a summary of experiences,it explores new models of international project management,aiming to achieve effective refined project management empowered by digital intelligence.
