摘　　要：新媒体时代高校网络舆情危机频发,引发社会的广泛关注。高校图书馆作为高校网络信息资源储存的重要枢纽,是大学生接受信息和学习的重要场所,高校图书馆要迎难而上,抓住新机遇,不断创新与实践,充分发挥信息资源、人才资源、网络技术等网络舆情信息服务优势,通过增强舆情服务意识,加强舆情服务团队建设,完善舆情管理机制,提高学生网络素养等举措,进一步提升高校图书馆网络舆情信息服务,促进校园网络环境健康发展。In the new media era,network public opinion crisis frequently occurs in colleges and universities,which arouses wide social concern.As an important information hub in colleges and universities,college library is an important place for college students to receive information and study.College libraries should face up to difficulties,seize new opportunities,continue to innovate and practice,give full play to the advantages of online public opinion information service such as information resources,human resources and network technology,and further improve the online public opinion information service of college libraries by enhancing the awareness of public opinion service,strengthening the construction of public opinion service team,improving the public opinion management mechanism,improving students’internet literacy and other measures,to promote the healthy development of campus network environment.
