摘  要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,通信技术和计算能力(算力)在现代社会中的作用愈发重要。通信技术经历了从模拟通信到数字通信的发展历程,实现了信息的高效传输和共享。尤其是5G技术的普及,极大地推动了各行各业的信息化和智能化进程。算力也在不断提升,从传统的中央处理器(CPU)到图形处理器(GPU),再到近年来专为深度学习设计的张量处理单元(TPU),为复杂计算和大数据处理提供了坚实的基础。AI技术迅速崛起,已渗透到社会生活的各个领域。文章详细探讨了通信技术和算力的发展历程及其在AI领域的应用,重点分析了高效数据传输与处理、大规模模型训练对通信与算力的需求、分布式训练与通信优化等方面内容,研究通信技术与算力的协同作用,对AI技术的创新和应用有着重要意义。With the rapid development of information technology,the role of communication technology and computing power in modern society has become increasingly important.Communication technology has gone through a development process from analog communication to digital communication,achieving efficient transmission and sharing of information.Especially with the popularization of 5G technology,it has greatly promoted the informatization and intelligence process of various industries.The computing power is also constantly improving,from traditional central processing units(CPUs)to graphics processing units(GPUs),and in recent years,tensor processing units(TPUs)specifically designed for deep learning,providing a solid foundation for complex computing and big data processing.The rapid rise of AI technology has penetrated into various fields of social life.The article explores in detail the development history of communication technology and computing power,as well as their applications in the field of AI.It focuses on analyzing the requirements of efficient data transmission and processing,large-scale model training for communication and computing power,distributed training and communication optimization,and other aspects.The study of the synergy between communication technology and computing power is of great significance for the innovation and application of AI technology.
