摘  要:针对传统的社区警务网格化管理居民参与度低、社区事件处理滞后的问题,设计一款基于Android的智慧警务社区网格化管理系统。以社区管理主体多元化和创新社区监管为目的,采用应用层、展示层、控制层、数据管理层的4层网络结构,将系统分为社区居民端和社区管理人员端;根据社区日常管理需求,在AndroidStudio设计环境下进行系统功能设计和开发,社区居民端提供诉求上报、诉求追踪与评价、便民服务等功能应用,社区管理人员端实现消息服务、诉求事件管理、工作日志管理等功能。结果表明:该系统可实现社区治安管理重心下移,提高居民的社区管理参与度,警务管理人员利用移动管理端可高效处理社区管理突发事件。In response to the problems of low resident participation and lagging community event handling in traditional community policing grid management,a smart policing community grid management system based on Android is designed.With the aim of diversifying community management entities and innovating community supervision,a four layer network structure consisting of application layer,display layer,control layer,and data management layer is adopted to divide the system into community resident end and community management personnel end;According to the daily management needs of the community,system function design and development are carried out in the Android Studio design environment.The community residents end provides functional applications such as demand reporting,demand tracking and evaluation,and convenient services.The community management personnel end realizes functions such as message service,demand event management,and work log management.The results show that the system can shift the focus of community security management downwards,improve the participation of residents in community management,and police management personnel can efficiently handle community management emergencies using mobile management terminals.
