国内老年人代谢综合征患病危险因素研究进展

摘　　要：代谢综合征患病率随年龄增长而增加,特别是在老年人群中尤为常见,因此了解我国老年人群中代谢综合征的患病危险因素对扩控疾病尤为重要。本文系统地检索了中国知网、万方数据库以及维普网3大权威中文科技期刊数据库近五年的相关文献,对筛选出的文献内容与数据进行细致的分析、提炼与综合对比。本文通过对肝功能指标、肾功能指标、炎症指标、其他指标等危险因素与代谢综合征的相关性进行阐述,发现丙氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、尿酸、血清尿酸/肌酐比值、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、高敏C反应蛋白、血红蛋白等指标与代谢综合征患病风险呈正相关;但天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素和血同型半胱氨酸与代谢综合征的关系,当前的研究结果尚存争议,还需进一步的研究来明确。With the continuous progress of society and the indepth development of modernization,population aging has become a universal trend.The prevalence of metabolic syndrome increases with age and is particularly prevalent in the elderly population.Therefore,it is particularly important to understand the risk factors of metabolic syndrome in the elderly population in China.This paper systematically searches the relevant literature in the last five years from the three authoritative Chinese science and technology periodical databases of CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP,and carefully analyzes,refines and synthetically compares the literature content and data selected.This article reviews the correlation between risk factors such as liver function index,renal function index,inflammatory index and other index and metabolic syndrome.It was found that alanine aminotransferase,γ-glutamyltransferase,uric acid,serum uric acid/creatinine ratio,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,high-sensitive C-reactive protein and hemoglobin were positively correlated with the risk of metabolic syndrome.However,the relationship between aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin and homocysteine and metabolic syndrome is still controversial and needs further scientific research.
