摘　　要：情志病是因精神情志变化引起脏腑阴阳气血失调而导致的疾病。随着社会的快速发展,人们的心理压力逐渐增大,使得情志病成为威胁人类身心健康和影响人类正常生活的一种疾病。中医芳香疗法是一种历史悠久的自然疗法,其利用芳香药物经鼻腔、皮肤等吸收,来调节气机和调和脏腑阴阳,达到预防、减轻或治疗情志病的作用。Emotional diseases arise from imbalances in the yin,yang,qi,and blood of the organs due to fluctuations in mental and emotional states.With rapid societal development,increasing psychological stress has made emotional diseases a significant threat to human physical and mental health,impacting daily life.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)aromatherapy,a long-established natural therapy,utilizes aromatic substances absorbed through the nasal cavity and skin to regulate qi movement and harmonize organ yin and yang.This approach aims to prevent,alleviate,or treat emotional diseases effectively.
