摘 要:随着我国老年人口的增长,骨肌系统疾病的患病率逐年攀升。这些疾病不仅给患者本身带来极大的困扰,也给其家庭造成了重大负担。列线图作为一个广泛使用的预测工具,可以把复杂的回归方程转化为直观的图形。这种可视化不仅增强预测模型的可读性,而且为医生诊断和预测骨肌系统疾病提供便利,简化医生对患者的评估过程。本文综述列线图在创伤、关节、脊柱和骨肿瘤疾病中的应用,旨在为医生的临床治疗提供参考和决策支持。同时,本文还对列线图在骨肌系统应用中存在的挑战和未来发展进行讨论与展望。With the growth of the elderly population in China,the incidence of musculoskeletal diseases is increasing year by year.These diseases not only cause great distress to patients themselves,but also impose a significant burden on their families.Nomogram,as a widely used prediction tool,transforms complex regression equations into intuitive graphics.This visualization not only enhances the readability of the prediction model,but also provides convenience for doctors to diagnose and predict musculoskeletal diseases,simplifying the evaluation process of patients by doctors.This paper reviews the application of nomogram in trauma diseases,joint diseases,spinal diseases,and bone tumor diseases,aiming to provide reference and decision support for clinical treatment by doctors.At the same time,this paper will also discuss and prospect the challenges and future developments in the application of nomogram in the musculoskeletal system.
