摘　　要：目的 调查老年前列腺增生(BPH)患者病耻感与家庭关怀度现状,分析病耻感影响因素,探索家庭关怀度与病耻感关系。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2022年3—12月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院住院的老年BPH患者158例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、社会影响量表(SIS)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)进行调查。结果 老年BPH患者平均病耻感得分为(53.89±4.93)分、家庭关怀度得分为(7.43±1.27)分,两者呈显著负相关(r=-0.914,P <0.001)。在单因素分析中,年龄、职业、文化程度、月收入、留置尿管、医保类型、曾就诊情况差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。分层回归分析显示,家庭关怀度可独立解释病耻感总变异的25.0%。结论 老年BPH患者病耻感处于中等水平,受多种因素影响;家庭关怀度对病耻感具有负向预测作用,应采取针对性干预措施,促进患者身心康复。Objective To investigate the status quo of stigma and family APGAR in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),analyze the influencing factors of stigma,and explore the relationship between family APGAR and stigma.Methods A totla of 158 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were investigated by general situation questionnaire,social impact scale(SIS)and family APGAR(adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolve)index questionnaire.Results The scores of stigma and family APGAR in elderly patients with BPH were(53.89±4.93)and(7.43±1.27),respectively,which were negatively correlated(r=-0.914,P<0.001).In univariate analysis,there were statistically significant differences in age,occupation,education level,monthly income,indwelling catheter,medical insurance type and previous medical visits(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that family APGAR can independently explain 25.0%of the total variation of stigma.Conclusion Elderly patients with BPH have a moderate level of stigma,which is influenced by many factors.Family APGAR can negatively predict the stigma,so targeted intervention measures should be taken to promote the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients.
