微波联合肌筋膜手法及磁刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨微波联合肌筋膜手法及磁刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床效果。方法 非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月滨州医学院附属医院产后康复中心收治的120例盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组,各60例。研究组给予微波联合肌筋膜手法及磁刺激治疗,对照组给予肌筋膜手法及磁刺激治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、盆底肌电评估指标、治疗效果及3个月后疼痛复发情况。结果 治疗后,研究组疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组前、后静息电位均低于对照组,研究组快速收缩、紧张收缩、耐力收缩电位高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组总有效率为98.3%(59/60),明显高于对照组的85.0%(51/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.443,P<0.05)。治疗结束3个月后,研究组疼痛复发率为1.7%(1/59),低于对照组的15.7%(8/51),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.387,P<0.05)。结论 微波联合肌筋膜手法及磁刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床效果显著并且短期复发率低,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of microwave combined with myofascial manipulation and mag-netic stimulation in the treatment of pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with pel-vic floor myofascial pain syndrome admitted to the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Bin-zhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with microwave combined with myofascial manipulation and magnetic stimulation,while the control group was treated with myofascial manipulation and magnetic stimulation.The pain degree,pelvic floor electromyography evaluation index,treatment effect and pain recurrence after 3 months were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the pain level score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ante-rior and posterior resting potential in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the rapid contrac-tion,tension contraction and endurance contraction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 98.3%(59/60),which was significantly higher than 85.0%(51/60)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.443,P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the recurrence rate of pain in the study group was 1.7%(1/59),which was lower than 15.7%(8/51)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.387,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of microwave combined with myofascial manipulation and magnetic stimulation in the treatment of pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome is significant and the short-term recur
