关节镜下清理术联合关节腔内注射富血小板血浆治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)患者采用关节镜下清理术(arthroscopic debridement, AD)联合关节腔内注射富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma, PRP)治疗的效果。方法 非随机选取2022年8月—2023年7月微山县人民医院收治的88例KOA患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组44例。对照组采用AD治疗,研究组采用AD联合关节腔内注射PRP治疗。比较两组临床疗效、膝关节功能与疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率。结果 研究组总有效率为95.45%(42/44),高于对照组的79.55%(35/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组膝关节功能、疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 KOA患者采用AD联合关节腔内注射PRP治疗效果确切,能够改善膝关节功能,缓解疼痛症状。Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with arthroscopic debridement(AD)combined with intra-articular injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Eighty-eight cases of KOA patients admitted to Weishan County People's Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with AD,and the study group was treated with AD combined with intra-articular injection of PRP.The clinical efficacy,knee joint function and pain score,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%(42/44),which was higher than 79.55%(35/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05).At 3 months postoperatively,the knee joint function and pain scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with KOA were treated with AD combined with intra-articular injection of PRP with precise effect,which can improve knee joint function and relieve pain symptoms.
