诺舒子宫内膜消融术与宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗异常子宫出血患者的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:比较诺舒子宫内膜消融术(NSEA)与宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术(TCRE)治疗异常子宫出血患者的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2019年11月—2023年10月临沂市中心医院及兰陵县人民医院收治的203例异常子宫出血患者的资料,根据治疗方法分为NSEA组(n=157)和TCRE组(n=46),NSEA组采用诺舒子宫内膜消融术治疗,TCRE组采用宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:NSEA组手术时间、住院时间均短于TCRE组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NSEA组并发症发生率低于TCRE组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组治疗有效率、闭经率和满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6个月,NSEA组治疗有效率、闭经率和满意度均高于TCRE组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与TCRE比较,NSEA治疗异常子宫出血,手术时间、住院时间较短,安全性、治疗有效率和满意度较高。Objective:To compare the efficacy of Nuoshu endometrial ablation(NSEA)and hysteroscopic electrohysterectomy(TCRE)in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:Data of 203 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Linyi Central Hospital and Lanling County People’s Hospital from November 2019 to October 2023 were retrospective selected as the study objects.According to treatment methods,they were divided into a NSEA group(n=157)and a TCRE group(n=46).The NSEA group was treated with Nuoshu endometrial ablation.The TCRE group was treated by hysteroscopic electrohysterectomy,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time and hospital stay in NSEA group were shorter than those in TCRE group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in NSEA group was lower than that in TCRE group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,there was no significant difference in treatment effectiveness,amenorrhea rate and satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05),at 3 and 6 months after operation,the treatment effective rate,amenorrhea rate and satisfaction in NSEA group were higher than those in TCRE group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with TCRE,NSEA in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding has shorter operation time and hospital stay,and higher safety,treatment efficiency and satisfaction.
