功能性训练对臀肌挛缩症患者髋关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能性训练对臀肌挛缩症患者髋关节功能的影响。方法:选取2018年5月—2023年5月天津市天津医院收治的72例臀肌挛缩症患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组采用保守治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用功能性训练治疗。比较两组治疗效果、髋关节功能及步态指标。结果:研究组治疗后步态、弹跳感、下蹲试验、抬腿试验、伸屈髋活动时髋关节内收度数改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Harris髋关节功能评分量表中功能、疼痛、关节活动度、畸形4个维度评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组步幅大于对照组,步频高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能性训练用于臀肌挛缩症保守治疗患者可有效提高治疗效果,提升髋关节功能,有助于改善步态。Objective:To investigate the effect of functional training on hip function in patients with gluteal muscle contracture.Methods:A total of 72 patients with gluteal muscle contracture treated in Tianjin Hospital of Tianjin city from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conservative treatment,and the study group received functional training treatment based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,hip function and gait indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of the gait,bouncing sensation,squat test,leg lift test,hip adduction degree during hip extension were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 4 dimensions scores about function,pain,joint motion and deformity of Harris Hip Function Scale in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the average stride length of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the average stride frequency was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional training for conservative treatment of gluteal muscle contracture can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,hip function,and improve gait.
