摘　　要：目的:探究强化护理干预对颌骨骨髓炎患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年6月聊城市人民医院收治的200例颌骨骨髓炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组采用强化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。对比两组负性情绪、舒适状况、愈合美观度。结果:干预1个月后,两组Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,观察组愈合美观度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理干预对颌骨骨髓炎患者术后康复有显著效果,可改善其身心状态,缓解不良情绪,提高伤口愈合美观度及舒适感。Objective:To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mandibular osteomyelitis.Methods:A total of 200 patients with mandibular osteomyelitis admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with intensive nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.Negative emotion,comfort comfort and healing aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of intervention,Kolcaba Comfort Scale scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the healing aesthetic score of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mandibular osteomyelitis,which can improve their physical and mental state,relieve bad emotions,and improve the aesthetic degree and comfort of wound healing.
