摘　　要：民国时期,贵州共出版43种医学图书,出现三次出版高峰。图书以西医书籍为主,涉及多个医学领域,包含内科学、传染科学等,内容既注重专业性又注重实用性,大大拓宽了受众群体,在传播近代医疗卫生专业知识和医学科技信息的同时兼顾了对普通群众的科学普及。民国时期贵州医学图书出版呈现出的特征,既受政局动荡、医学高校西迁影响,又与传染病频发有关。医学图书对民国贵州社会发展造成一定影响,一方面西医发展为医学图书出版奠定了社会基础;另一方面医学图书出版满足了西迁医学高校的教学需求,亦是对民众医学知识和防疫需求的响应。With three peaks,43 medical books were published in Guizhou during the Republic of China.The books mainly focused on Western medicine and cover multiple medical fields,including internal medicine and infectious science,etc.Their contents emphasized both professionalism and practicality,and greatly expanded their audience.While disseminating modern medical and health professional knowledge and medical technology information,it also took into account the scientific popularization of the general public.The characteristics presented by the publication of medical books in Guizhou during the Republic of China were not only influenced by the political turmoil in Guizhou and the westward migration of medical universities,but also related to the frequent occurrence of infectious diseases.The publication of medical books exerted a certain influence on the social development of Guizhou during that period of time.On the one hand,the development of western medicine had laid a social foundation for the publication of medical books;On the other hand,the publication of medical books meet the teaching needs of medical universities relocated to the west,and is also a response to the public's medical knowledge and epidemic prevention needs.
