摘　　要：KH型可变螺距系统(简称CPP系统)是ZF厂家制造,是比较先进和成熟的可变螺距系统,广泛用在各种特种船舶。文章介绍KH型CPP系统构造和工作原理,在工作中做好该设备维护保养工作,从而减少设备故障率和延长设备寿命。KH型CPP系统故障排查方法是几艘船的几次故障排除的经验总结,比较实用,有一定借鉴作用。The KH-type controllable pitch system(abbreviated as CPP system)is the product of ZF,which is a relatively advanced and mature controllable pitch system and sees extensive use on a variety of special ships.This paper introduced the structure and working principle of the KH-type CPP system.It can keep proper mainte-nance of the system reduce the failure rate and prolong the life of the system.This troubleshooting method for the KH type CPP system is the summary of experience on failures of several ships,which is practical and can provide a refer-enceforrelevant work.
