摘　　要：文章对100 mm的EH690钢进行了手工电弧焊的横对接、立对接位置焊接工艺评定,CTOD试验(焊缝中心、热影响区),为桩腿换新提供了技术支持。This paper conducted the welding procedure qualification for the horizontal and vertical butt weld-ing positions,and CTOD testing(weld center and heat affected zone)in the manual arc welding of the EH690 steel of 100 mm,and provided technical support for the replacement of pile leg.
