铺砂船A字架在铺砂作业工况下的结构有限元应力分析

摘　　要：铺砂船在进行铺砂作业时,用于起吊铺砂头的A字架会承受来自海中浪、流及铺砂头自重和砂子的重量,其结构强度应满足铺砂工况下的使用要求。文章对A字架进行三维建模,并对A字架进行有限元网格划分;建立A字架的力学模型,进行工况组合,选定2个典型工况作为A字架的结构分析边界条件。经过结构验算,A字架的结构可满足正常的铺砂作业工况需求,结构设计合理。In the sand laying operation,the A-frame used to lift the sand spreader will bear the sea waves,currents,the self-weight of the sand spreader the weight of the sand,and its structural strength should meet the re-quirements under the sand laying condition.This paper made a 3d modeling of the A-frame,generated a finite ele-ment mesh of it,established the mechanical model,conducted working conditions combination,and selected two typical working conditions as the boundary conditions for the A-frame structure analysis.After structural checking,the structure of A-frame can meet the requirements of normal sand-laying working conditions,and the structure de-sign is reasonable.
