摘  要:电动液压舵机工作原理是将操作指令通过电气控制系统传递给液压执行机构将动力输出转换为舵叶的转动,实现船舶航向改变,但其操舵控制系统中反馈控制装置对舵角指令的执行正确性起关键作用。文章结合某型船舵令与实际舵角偏差故障,对舵机系统工作原理进行分析,并通过检查情况和试验数据对比,分析反馈控制装置出现故障并排除解决。The working principle of electro-hydraulic steering gear is to transmit the operating instructions to the hydraulic actuator through the electrical control system,and convert the power output into the rotation of the rud-der blade,to realize the change of the ship's course.The feedback control device in the steering control system plays a key role in the correctness of the implementation of the steering angle instructions.This paper analyzed the working principle of the steering gear system based on the deviation between the steering order and the actual steering angle of a certain boat and concluded and solved the failure of the feedback control device by inspecting the device and com-paring the test data.
