摘 要:气力输送作为一种新兴技术,在以海洋石油压裂输砂为代表的管道输送中广泛应用,但磨损问题严重制约其进一步发展。因此,文章研究基于欧拉两相流气固耦合输送理论,通过建立压裂输砂管道模型,利用CFD-DEM技术计算不同直径颗粒、不同运输速度下的弯头磨损情况,利用仿真结果对弯头进行寿命预测,并与ARCHARD理论寿命进行对比,验证了计算方法的可靠性,结果表明,同一工况下不同材质冲蚀寿命比值成倍数递减。研究可为降低弯头磨损、保证管道输送正常运行提供理论依据,为建立管道寿命预测模型奠定基础。As a new technology,pneumatic transportation sees its extensive use in pipeline transportation in-cluding offshore oil fracturing and sand transportation as a representative use,but its further development is facing serious restrictions due to wear problems.Therefore,this paper based on the Eulerian gas-solid two-phase flow cou-pling transmission theory,established fracturing sand pipeline model,used the CFD-DEM technology to calculate the wear of the elbow under different particle diameters and different transport speeds,predicted the life of the elbow with the results of simulation,compared it with ARCHARD theoretical life and verified the reliability of the calcula-tion method.The results show that the ratio of erosion life of different materials under the same working condition will decrease exponentially.The research can provide a theoretical basis for reducing elbow wear and ensuring the normal operation of pipeline transportation and lay a foundation for the establishment of a pipeline life prediction model.
