宣肺解痉方联合常规治疗对风痰阻肺型哮喘患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察宣肺解痉方联合常规治疗对风痰阻肺型哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法150例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用宣肺解痉方,疗程4周。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、气道炎症指标(ECP、IL-4、IgE)、肺功能指标(FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF)、痰液及黏液指标(24 h痰量、痰黏度、黏蛋白5ac)。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、气道炎症指标、痰液及黏液指标降低(P<0.05),肺功能指标升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论宣肺解痉方联合常规治疗可降低风痰阻肺型哮喘患者气道炎症水平,抑制气道黏液分泌,改善肺功能,缓解临床症状。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Xuanfei Jiejing Decoction combined with conventional treatment on patients with asthma of Wind-Phlegm Obstructing Lung Pattern.METHODS One hundred and fifty patients were randomly assigned into control group(75 cases)for 4-week intervention of conventional treatment,and observation group(75 cases)for 4-week intervention of both Xuanfei Jieshi Decoction and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,airway inflammatory indices(ECP,IL-4,IgE),lung function indices(FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,PEF)and putum and mucus indices(4 h sputum volume,sputum viscosity,mucin 5AC)were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,airway inflammatory indices,putum and mucus indices(P<0.05),and increased lung function indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with asthma of Wind-Phlegm Obstructing Lung Pattern,Xuanfei Jiejing Decoction combined with conventional treatment can reduce airway inflammatory levels,inhibit airway mucus secretion,improve lung functions,and alleviate clinical symptoms.
