摘　　要：目的:分析乳杆菌活菌联合常规方案治疗绝经后复发性尿路感染(rUTI)的效果和安全性。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年1—12月重庆市巴南区第二人民医院收治的98例绝经后rUTI患者分为对照组(n=49,左氧氟沙星治疗)与观察组(n=49,左氧氟沙星联合乳酸杆菌活菌治疗)。比较两组治疗总有效率、女性改良下尿路症状得分、阴道pH值、复发间隔时间及复发率、不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P=0.021);治疗后,两组女性改良下尿路症状得分及阴道pH值均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);与对照组相比,观察组复发间隔时间更长,复发率更低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.12%,对照组为4.08%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:乳杆菌活菌联合左氧氟沙星片治疗绝经后rUTI的效果理想,能够改善下尿路症状,降低阴道pH值,减少疾病复发,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Lactobacillus live bacteria combined with conventional regimen for the treatment of postmenopausal recurrent urinary tract infection(rUTI).Methods:98 postmenopausal rUTI patients admitted to Chongqing Banan District Second People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into control group(n=49,levofloxacin treatment)and observation group(n=49,levofloxacin combined with lactobacilli live bacteria treatment)by random number table method.The two groups were compared in terms of the total effective rate of treatment,Female Modified Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms score,vaginal pH,recurrence interval and recurrence rate,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.021);after treatment,the Female Modified Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms score and vaginal pH value of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.001);compared with the control group,the recurrence interval was longer and the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12%in the observation group and 4.08%in the control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus live bacillus combined with levofloxacin tablets is ideal for the treatment of postmenopausal rUTI,which can improve the symptoms of the lower urinary tract,lower the vaginal pH,reduce the recurrence of the disease,and has a high safety.
