摘　　要：目的:研究可调式支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜在声门暴露困难患者喉显微手术中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月在重庆市武隆区人民医院进行治疗的声带病变患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。对照组实施常规支撑喉镜喉显微手术治疗,观察组实施可调式支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜喉显微手术治疗。比较两组嗓音障碍指数评分及临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组功能、情感、生理评分及总分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组功能、情感、生理评分及总分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:可调式支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜应用于声门暴露困难患者的喉显微手术,可提高临床效果,改善嗓音障碍。Objective:To study the application value of adjustable support laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope in laryngeal microsurgery for patients with difficulty in glottis exposure.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with vocal cord lesions who were treated in Chongqing Wulong District People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional support laryngoscope laryngomicrosurgery,and the observation group was treated with adjustable support laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope laryngomicrosurgery.The score of Voice Handicap Index and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in functional,emotional and physiological scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the functional,emotional and physiological scores and total scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of adjustable support laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope in laryngeal microsurgery for patients with difficulty in glottis exposure can improve the clinical effect and improve voice disturbance.
