摘 要:目的:分析早期康复训练治疗下肢骨折内固定术后膝关节功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年10月北京积水潭医院贵州医院收治的84例下肢骨折内固定术后膝关节功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,各42例。对照组采用常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上联合早期康复训练。对比两组疼痛程度、骨密度、各部位周径及Lyshom膝关节功能评分。结果:干预后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,骨密度升高,试验组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,骨密度高于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组各部位周径降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组Lyshom膝关节功能评分升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练辅助干预下肢骨折内固定术后膝关节功能障碍患者,可以缓解疼痛、提高骨密度、减轻水肿以及改善膝关节功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of early rehabilitation training in treating knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture internal fixation.Methods:Eighty-four patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture internal fixation admitted to Guizhou Hospital of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group,each of which consisted of forty-two cases,using the method of random draw.The control group used conventional intervention,and the experimental group combined early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of pain level,bone density,circumference of each part and Lyshom Knee Function Score.Results:After the intervention,the Visual Analog Scale scores of the two groups decreased and the bone density increased,and the Visual Analog Scale scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,and the bone density was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the circumferential diameters of each part of the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the Lyshom Knee Function Score of the two groups was elevated,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation training assisted intervention for patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture internal fixation can relieve pain,increase bone density,reduce edema as well as improve knee function.
