摘　　要：目的:分析苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗轻中度高血压的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2021年4月—2022年4月于仁怀市后山苗族布依族乡卫生院进行治疗的66例轻中度高血压患者分为参照组(33例)和试验组(33例)。参照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,试验组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。对比两组血压水平、临床效果。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压和舒张压水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组治疗1、3个月后收缩压和舒张压水平低于治疗前,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.012)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗轻中度高血压患者的效果较好,可以降低血压水平。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.Methods:Sixty-six patients with mild to moderate hypertension treated in Renhuai Houshan Miao and Buyi Township Health Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were divided into the reference group(33 cases)and the experimental group(33 cases)using the method of randomized numerical table.The reference group was treated with nifedipine extendedrelease tablets,and the experimental group was treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets.The blood pressure levels and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 3 months of treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups were reduced,and the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P=0.012).Conclusion:Amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets are more effective in treating patients with mild to moderate hypertension and can reduce the blood pressure level.
