摘　　要：目的:探究经尿道输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法:选取沧州市青县人民医院2022年1月—2023年10月收治的肾结石患者92例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组(n=30)与研究组(n=62)。参照组采取经皮肾镜碎石取石术,研究组采取经尿道输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术。比较两组手术指标、并发症发生情况以及生活质量。结果:研究组术中出血量少于参照组,拔除导尿管时间、手术时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.001)。研究组并发症发生率低于参照组(P=0.015)。治疗前,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后3个月,两组各项生活质量评分均升高,研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗肾结石的效果较好,能够减少术中出血量,缩短拔除导尿管时间、手术时间、住院时间,减少并发症。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral ureteral flexible lens holmium laser lithotripsy and extraction in the treatment of kidney stones.Methods:Ninety-two patients with kidney stones admitted to Cangzhou Qingxian People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the reference group(n=30)and the study group(n=62)by using the method of randomized numerical table.In the reference group,percutaneous nephrolithotripsy was used for lithotripsy,and in the study group,transurethral ureteral flexible lens holmium laser lithotripsy was used for lithotripsy.The surgical indexes,the occurrence of complications and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Intraoperative bleeding in the study group was less than that in the reference group,and catheter removal time,operation time,and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.015).Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of physiological function,somatic pain,social function,and affective function of the two groups(P>0.05);three months after surgery,all quality of life scores were elevated in both groups,and the study group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy with transurethral ureteral flexible lens is more effective in treating kidney stones,can reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten catheter removal time,operation time,hospitalization time,and reduce complications.
