毫火针联合耳尖刺血及枇杷清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮肺经风热证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察毫火针联合耳尖刺血及枇杷清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮肺经风热证的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—10月韶关市慢性病防治院收治的60例寻常型痤疮肺经风热证患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予毫火针联合耳尖刺血及枇杷清肺饮加减治疗,对照组给予红蓝光、面膜及枇杷清肺饮加减治疗,两组均涂抹克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂、维A酸乳膏。对比两组皮损积分、不良反应发生率、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组皮损积分较治疗前下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.028);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.037)。结论:毫火针联合耳尖刺血及枇杷清肺饮加减治疗寻常型痤疮肺经风热证患者的效果较好,能够改善皮损症状,减少不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of milli-fire needle combined with ear tip blood pricking and Pipa Qingfei drink addition and reduction in the treatment of acne vulgaris with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with acne vulgaris with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome admitted to Shaoguan Chronic Disease Control Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with thirty cases.The observation group was given milli-fire needle combined with ear tip blood pricking and Pipa Qingfei drink addition and reduction treatment,while the control group was given red and blue light,mask and Pipa Qingfei drink addition and reduction treatment,and both groups were coated with clindamycin metronidazole application and retinoic acid cream.The skin lesion points,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the skin lesion points of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.028);and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.037).Conclusion:The combination of milli-fire needle,ear tip blood pricking and Pipa Qingfei drink addition and reduction is effective in treating patients with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome of acne vulgaris,which can improve the symptoms of skin lesions and reduce the adverse reactions.
