心理护理在老年腹外疝围术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理在老年腹外疝围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:根据随机数字表法将临沂市肿瘤医院2019年12月—2022年12月收治的老年腹外疝手术患者68例分为对照组(n=34,常规护理方式)和观察组(n=34,常规护理联合心理护理干预)。比较两组负面情绪评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:两组护理前负性情绪评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组护理后负性情绪评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率较低(P=0.030)。与对照组相比,观察组护理满意度较高(P=0.031)。结论:心理护理对老年腹外疝围术期患者具有良好的应用效果,对于改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,减少并发症,提高护理满意度有积极作用。Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in perioperative nursing of elderly extraabdominal hernia.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of elderly patients with extra-abdominal hernia surgery admitted to Linyi Cancer Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were divided into the control group(n=34,conventional nursing)and the observation group(n=34,conventional nursing care and psychological nursing intervention)according to the random number table method.Negative emotion scores,complication rates,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:Before nursing,the two groups'negative emotions scores were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the two groups'negative emotions scores were reduced,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower(P=0.030).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher(P=0.031).Conclusion:Psychological nursing has a good application effect on elderly perioperative patients with extraabdominal hernia,and it has a positive effect on improving patients'anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,reducing complications and improving nursing satisfaction.
