摘  要:托举动作作为技巧啦啦操中不可或缺的重要组成部分,对于表演的整体得分和观赏性起着至关重要的作用.为了探究抗阻力训练对技巧啦啦操底座运动员托举动作的影响,选取某职业学院40名啦啦操底座运动员为研究对象,进行为期12周的抗阻力训练实验,结果显示,实验组的卧推尖子和肋木推尖子力量显著提高,分别增长15.17%和15.14%,明显优于对照组(分别为5.47%和7.56%).在核心力量方面,实验组的提升效果也明显优于对照组,并且差异显著.Lift movements are an indispensable and crucial part of cheerleading routines,playing a vital role in the overall performance score and visual appeal.In order to explore the impact of resistance training on lift movements of base athletes in cheerleading,this study selected 40 male base athletes from a vocational college cheerleading team as research subjects.A 12-week resistance training experiment was conducted,and the results showed a significant improvement in the bench press and ribcage push strength of the experimental group,with increases of 15.17%and 15.14%respectively,which were significantly higher than the control group’s increases(5.47%and 7.56%respectively).Additionally,in terms of core strength,the experimental group showed a significantly better improvement compared to the control group,with a significant difference observed.
