摘　　要：高校教研室为高校的基层组织单位,对教学质量的提升具有重要意义。结合历史背景及政策文件梳理高校教研室自创立至今的演进脉络,高校教研室的发展历程可以划分为兴起、波动、式微及重启四个阶段。高校教研室的基本功能为:推进教学改革的载体、孕育优质师资的基地、加强教师交流的平台。为走出当前困境、回归教学使命,高校教研室需要聚焦教学任务,提升高校教学质量;拓宽组织职能,兼顾教学学术研究;借助信息技术,打造虚拟教研室;优化组织管理,激发基层活力。The teaching and research office in university is the basic organization,which is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality.According to the historical background and poli-cy documents,the development process of teaching and research offices in universities can be divid-ed into four stages:rising,fluctuating,declining and restarting.The basic skills of the teaching and research office in university are as follows:promoting teaching reform,the base that trains high-quality teachers,and the platform that strengthens the teacher exchanges.In order to get out of the current predicament and return to the teaching mission,the teaching and research office needs to fo-cus on teaching tasks and improve the teaching quality.And it also broadens the organizational func-tions and gives consideration to teaching and academic research.With the help of information tech-nology,it creates a virtual teaching and research room,optimizes the organizational management,and stimulates the vitality of the grassroots.
