摘  要:简述了RH精炼炉的分类和冶炼工艺,总结了RH精炼炉用耐火材料的主要种类及其损毁机理,详细论述了RH精炼炉用高档镁铬砖、镁尖晶石砖、低碳MgO-C砖、尖晶石-C砖、含ZrO_(2)/Y_(2)O_(3)的MgO砖、MgAlON结合MgO质耐火材料,以及不定形耐材技术的研究新进展概况,并指出我国RH精炼炉用耐材技术取得的显著进步,但与国外新技术相比仍存在一定差距,未来仍有较大的发展空间。This article briefly describes the classification and smelting process of RH refining furnaces,summarizes the main types and wear mechanisms of refractory materials used in RH refining furnaces,and discusses in detail the high-grade magnesium-chromium bricks,magnesium spinel bricks,low-carbon MgO-C bricks,spinel-C bricks,MgO bricks containing ZrO_(2)/Y_(2)O_(3) and MgAlON-bonded MgO materials used for RH refining furnace,as well as the new research progress of unshaped refractory technology.It is pointed out that the refractory material technology for RH refining furnace in China has made significant progress,but there is still a certain gap compared with foreign countries,with considerable potential for further growth.
