摘　　要：以某公司新建的锻造炉施工过程为例,介绍了锻造炉各部位使用的耐火材料、施工方法和技术控制要点,只有严格按照技术要求进行施工,才能达到良好的效果,从而大大提高炉体的保温性能和使用寿命。Taking the construction process of a newly built forging furnace in a company as an example,this paper introduces the refractory materials,construction methods,and technical control points used in various parts of the forging furnace.Only by strictly following the technical requirements can good results be achieved,thereby greatly improving the insulation performance and service life of the furnace body.
