摘　　要：生石灰是制造电石的主要原料之一,其质量的好坏不仅影响成品电石的质量,而且对电石电耗的影响也十分明显,生石灰中所含的生烧石灰尤为有害,会直接影响到成品电石的生产成本。本文介绍了环形双膛窑如何通过调节喷枪控制石灰质量的方法,解决了套筒窑各卸料区石灰质量不均匀的问题,保证了生石灰质量。As one of the main raw materials for calcium carbide production,quicklime not only affects the quality of finished products,but has a significant impact on the calcium carbide consumption.The underburnt lime contained in the lime is particularly harmful and can directly affect the production cost of calcium carbide.The method of controlling lime quality by adjusting the spray gun in a doublechamber annular kiln is introduced,which solves the problem of uneven lime quality in the discharge areas of the annular lime kiln.
