摘　　要：为分析苏州市网约出租车单平台和多平台接单司机的运营特征和行为差异,通过对苏州市2024年4月的1737万条网约车订单数据进行清洗和分析,获取订单的起始时间、位置、里程和金额等信息,并对数据进行差异性、时间分布和空间分布的详细分析。结果显示,约30%的网约车司机使用2~3个平台接单,多平台接单的司机在单位里程收入和单位时间收入上与单平台接单司机无明显差异,司机的收入主要取决于工作时间长短;多平台接单行为在时间上集中于白天,在空间上集中于中心城区,这表明,司机通过多平台同时接单不能提升收入,管理部门应向司机做好宣传解释工作,避免司机因多平台同时接单、抢单而造成的安全隐患。研究结果为网约出租车的管理和政策制定提供了数据支持和理论依据。In order to analyze the operational characteristics and behavioral differences between single-platform and multi-platform ride-hailing drivers in Suzhou.By cleaning and analyzing 17.37 million online ride-hailing order data from April 2024 in Suzhou,information such as order start time,location,mileage,and amount was obtained,and differences,time distribution,and spatial distribution were analyzed in detail.The results show that about 30 percent of ride-hailing drivers use 2 to 3 platforms.There is no significant difference in unit mileage income and unit time income between multi-platform and single-platform drivers,with driver income mainly depending on working hours.Multi-platform orders are concentrated during daytime hours and in central urban areas.This indicates that using multiple platforms does not increase driver income,and management departments should educate drivers to avoid safety hazards caused by multi-platform order taking.The research results provide data support and theoretical basis for the management and policy formulation of online ride-hailing services.
