摘  要:为验证在长三角融合发展背景下的公路干线网络规划是否与长三角社会经济发展总体目标相匹配,基于社会经济发展规划目标与相关运输发展规划,构建3个2035年长三角区域公路货运需求网络情景,并基于现有公路干线网络规划布局,对长三角区域公路货运需求进行分配,分析公路干线网络的相对货运负载分布。结果显示,现有相关规划在各情景下的公路运输需求差异对公路货运相对负载分布影响较小,长三角区域货运需求网络与干线公路网络设施规划间的匹配性仍存在优化空间。基于分析结果,提出加快运输结构调整和提升重点通道货运保障能力的规划建议。To verify whether the highway network planning under the context of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta aligns with the overall socioeconomic development goals,constructed three scenarios for the 2035 regional highway freight demand network based on socioeconomic development objectives and relevant transportation development plans.Using the existing layout of highway trunk networks,allocated the regional highway freight demand in the Yangtze River Delta and analyzed the relative distribution of freight load on the highway trunk network.The results show that the differences in road transport demand under various scenarios have a relatively small impact on the distribution of road freight load.There is still room for optimization in the alignment between the freight demand network and the highway network planning in the Yangtze River Delta region.Based on the analysis,proposed planning recommendations to accelerate transportation structure adjustments and enhance freight security capabilities for key channels.
