摘 要:[目的/意义]在线问答学习社区高影响力用户的有效挖掘与定位,有利于促进用户知识决策,帮助平台加强用户管理,提升服务水平。[方法/过程]从知识交互网络视角出发,先使用PageRank算法和LSTM模型对用户交互影响力和评论情感倾向进行识别和预测,并融合两者计算出用户综合影响力,再基于不同影响力转变类型,探讨知识传播机理。[结果/结论]用户交互影响力对知识实用价值评价无力,综合影响力能够有效弥补这一缺点;高综合影响力用户对促进知识传播、社区运转具有重要作用。该研究成果有助于降低学习者知识资源决策成本,辅助知识平台定位与推送优质知识生成者,明晰知识传播形态和社区运转机理。[Purpose/significance]The effective mining and positioning of highly influential users in the online Q&A learning community is conducive to promoting user knowledge decision-making and helping the platform strengthen user management and improving service level.[Method/process]From the perspective of knowledge interaction network,this paper first uses the PageRank algorithm and LSTM model to identify and predict the interactive influence of users and the sentiment tendency of comments,and then calculates the comprehensive influence of users by fusing the two.Based on different types of influence transformation,this paper explores the mechanism of knowledge dissemination.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the interactive influence of users is weak in evaluating the practical value of knowledge,and the comprehensive influence can effectively make up for this shortcoming.Users with high comprehensive influence play an important role in promoting knowledge dissemination and community operation.This research achievement helps to reduce learners’knowledge resource decision-making cost,assist knowledge platforms in locating and promoting high-quality knowledge generators,clarify knowledge dissemination forms and community operation mechanisms.
