摘　　要：[目的/意义]数字空间视角下,分析区域智慧城市群建设水平,全景呈现城市运行状况,数据对比发展态势,为智慧城市建设提供科学依据。[方法/过程]构建区域智慧城市群建设水平评价指标体系,从5个维度收集智慧城市各指标初始数据,运用TOPSIS分析法对各指标进行计算和排序,通过Gephi软件可视化展示智慧城市间的关联,分析区域智慧城市群之间的差距与关联,并深入剖析各区域的关键特征。[结果/结论]环渤海智慧城市群发展不平衡,提出应加强城市群内部各城市间的合作与交流,形成优势互补;长三角智慧城市群发展稳健,提出应强化核心城市带动能力,并推进城市群内各领域一体化合作;珠三角智慧城市群呈现两级分化,提出应加强内部合作与交流,构建错位互补城市网络,推动区域一体化;中西部智慧城市群发展均衡,提出应加强城市间信息共享与资源整合,构建数字协作机制,实现协同发展。[Purpose/significance]From the perspective of digital space,this study analyzes the construction level of regional smart city clusters,presents the operation status of cities in a panoramic,and compares the development trend of data,so as to provide scientific basis for the construction of smart cities.[Method/process]The study constructs an evaluation index system for the construction level of regional smart city clusters,collects the initial data of each index of smart cities from five dimensions,calculates and sorts each index by TOPSIS analysis method,visually displays the correlation between smart cities through Gephi software,analyzes the gap and correlation between regional smart city clusters,and deeply analyzes the key characteristics of each region.[Result/conclusion]The development of the Bohai Rim Smart City Cluster is unbalanced,and it is proposed that cooperation and exchanges among cities within the city cluster should be strengthened to form complementary advantages.The development of the Yangtze River Delta Smart City Cluster is steady,and it is proposed that the driving capacity of core cities should be strengthened and the integration and cooperation in various fields within the urban cluster should be promoted.The development of the Pearl River Delta Smart City Cluster presents a twolevel differentiation,and it is proposed that internal cooperation and exchanges should be strengthened,a dislocation complementary urban network should be constructed,and regional integration should be promoted.The development of the smart city clusters in the central and western regions is balanced,and it is proposed that information sharing and resource integration between cities should be strengthened,and a digital collaboration mechanism should be constructed to achieve coordinated development.
